Position: Oracle Financial Functional Lead
Location: Middletown,WI

Job Description:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience implementing some combination of Oracle Financials modules including: General Ledger (GL), Sub-ledger Accounting (SLA), Financial Accounting Hub (FAH), Accounts Receivables (AR), Accounts Payables (AP), Cash Management, Fixed Assets, Treasury, EBTax, Advanced Global Intercompany Systems (AGIS), Invoice modules.
  • Functional implementation experience with  complex, full lifecycle Oracle EBS Financials implementations (Oracle R12) and data integration experience.
  • Demonstrated experience as a senior resource assisting in the definition of systems strategy, gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, as-is and to- be business process designs, conference room pilots (CRPs) functional configuration, testing, client user training.
  • Good to have past experience on few complex data integration projects
  • Experience in managing an integration team is very desirable.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with an ability to extract, translate and communicate meaningful information at all levels of Executives, Senior Managers, and Associates across business and technology organizations.
  • Prior working experience in a high visibility role and ability to provide advice to senior executives

Job Description:

  • 8 years of technical experience in Oracle EBS Technical
  • Should have in depth knowledge of Finance and HRMS and OTL modules.
  • Should be able to handle Functional Setup changes
  • Technical knowledge of PLSQL, forms, Reports,Shell scripts etc. with HR Integration
  • Experience in HRMS Reporting (QL, PL/SQL,OTBI, Report, BI etc.)
  • Should have worked on HRMS components, Fastformulas
  • Should be experience in Performance Tuning
  • Should be able to lead discussions with client IT and Functional Team
  • Strong communication skills
