Position: Hadoop Admin with Cloud
Location: Pleasanton, CA
Duration: Long Term

Job Description:

• Hadoop Administration experience as well as Cloud administration like Azure.
• Strong knowledge of HDFS (Hadoop Architecture), Hadoop Cluster installation, configuration, security, etc.
• Strong knowledge of Hadoop components and their configurations- HDFS, Hive, Ranger, Kafka, Impala, Spark, etc...Strong knowledge of key scripting and programming with Python, Scala, Bash, etc.
• Experience with the Hadoop Stack. Experience with Azure Cloud environment.
• Experience in Creation & Configuration of Azure Resources (Azure V Ms, Blobs, Files etc.).
• Experience in Azure Resources & RBAC. Experience in Troubleshooting of Hadoop and Azure Resources.
