Position: SAP QM Consultant
Location: Parsippany, NJ
Duration: 6+ Months Contract

Job Responsibilities:

• Act as internal consultant and design architect for SAP QM solutions to support BAU functionality and provide QM expertise for on-going and upcoming projects in SAP QM area and its integration with custom developed solution and interface with other quality management applications which are part of global solution.
• Support Incidents resolution, new demand fulfilment and end user engagement in the area of SAP QM and its integration with other SAP modules as well as QM interfaces with third party applications.
• Work with peers in the ITS organization and business representatives to determine business process and solution design leveraging the capabilities of the SAP modules and cross modules integration.
• Support the identification of opportunities to standardize processes and system configuration globally and ensure compliance across all implementation to these standards.
• Collaborate with representatives of other SAP functions to ensure end to end process integration and consistency.
• Develop, prototype, test and implement solution improvements to increase stability, usability and functionality to enable end users to meet business objectives.
• After the implementation, lead and support project initiatives to expand the usage of the SAP solution to improve processes at manufacturing sites, commercial operations and across the supply network.

Qualifications:

• 5 to 8 years of experience in SAP QM Module
• Excellent knowledge in SAP QM Module
• Excellent client facing skills
• Excellent communication skills
• 5 to 8 years of experience in working with SAP projects and Support functions in SAP QM/LIMS and integration with other modules
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field; a degree in a technical field is preferred
• MS or MBA is preferred
• Functional/Technical proficiency with at least 3 full lifecycle SAP implementation and 2 years of industry (QM domain preferable) and/or consulting experience.
• Experience with implementation in the pharmaceutical, life science business and knowledge of the GxP is a big plus
