Mandatory Skillsets:

1. 7+ years of BA experience in Banking/Financial Domain
2. Technical BA – with a good understanding of technologies and system architecture
3. Experience evaluating business processes and systems
4. Must have worked on complex/logic intensive applications  - Absolute must have
5. Experience Performing requirements analysis
6. Experience creating process flow diagrams
7. Experience creating wireframes
8. Experience writing User Stories
9. Strong in creating general experience flow
10. Experience working in an Agile environment
11. Team player
12. Excellent communication and soft skills
13. Excellent logical and analytical skills

Ability to quickly respond to demanding situations by putting in extra efforts
