Salesforce Lead Who has very good knowledge in Sales     

Lead Analyst in Salesforce      

Salesforce developers analyze company processes developing CRM workflows and custom solutions for specific business     

needs Salesforce developers work collaboratively with others on the team to create custom scalable processes for the company     

Perform a variety of support tasks within the support team      

Respond to incidents investigate root cause and follow their lifecycle through to resolution     

Adopt a proactive approach to the all incidents and problems raised     

Ensure customers are updated and tickets are managed with the correct level of information      

Interact with surrounding support teams to consult on issues      

Address a variety of adhoc queries and run various reports     

Monitor data interfaces scheduled jobs to ensure that all systems are running issue free     

Oncall for priority 1 tickets raised out of hours this is on a rota bas
