Position: Technical Program Manager

Location: Costa Mesa, CA (Remote - Local)

 

Required Skills:

Need to understand AWS/platform NOT looking for an infrastructure focused PM though, need to understand the application side of the AWS/cloud platforms

- Supporting open-source distributed applications

- 7-8+ years of PM experience good communication Driver mentality

 

 

Job Description:

• Key Tech skills – supporting open-source distributed applications, and cloud migration efforts
• Strong communications skills + getting organized
• Execution, execution, execution 
• Driver mentality – detailed oriented

 

Understanding of big data and/or cloud,  
•    Working in fast paced environment – escalations – strong collaborator 
•    Excellent communication skills – manage meetings, handle client success folks and sales stakeholders 
•    Ability to connect with developers    
•    Driver – ask questions, be proactive 
•    Operations experience – upgrades, maintenance windows, tickets 
•    SNOW, Kanban, ITSM , JIRA experience
•    Tenure of experience can be compromised – but we need someone who is fearless – not shy 
•    Willing to learn, great attitude
