I guess we can discuss in meeting but I'm curious where it came from.

Per several residents, we seem to already have (3) exhaust fans onsite, ready to be used. How many do we need at that kind of price tag? We can always used expedited delivery in future.

My apologies, I see in board packet that nine (9) have failed per preventive maintenance inspection by USA Mechanical in May. My question is if these are "critical" to optimal operation of system performance why did it take 2 months (since May) to come to the board?
