Now that the work is concluded, do we have an EXTRA Parklex panels?
If so, where will we store them?

Kudos to our contractor for finishing early, BUT I am assuming we signed a contract that includes another substantail amount of labor ane equimpment rental (hoist etc...) cost that, not actually incurred, goes straight to their bottom line.
Should we move to the next phase of panels being replaced, let's collectively incoroporate that knoweled the contract negotiations. They did a great job and we are happy with their work (I think - will there be an inspection before we sign off?) and I see no reason to NOT use them but ......  we biring this up and use it.

Thanks
Joe

I would like to float the idea that we have either an ad hoc committee or subcommittee of the Finance or BMC that exclusively takes a look at contracts and then reports to board.  It would be nice to have 1) a lawyer spearheading this effort and 2) Kin giving advice.
