I am becoming more and more concerned about the quality of on-site porter service Tross has been providing to support the Vaux.
  • This morning I was informed that the porter has not been on site for the last three days. Tross has not provided back-up service.
  • The carpets on my floor have not been vacuumed in about a month. Has anyone else noticed that their hallways have not recently been vacuumed?
  • The porter seems to devote considerable attention to the sidewalks (leaf & debris blowing) and even the streets (cleaning up debris).
It seems that the porter should be spending about 80-90% of the time tending to the interior and about 10-20% to the exterior. ProGrass uses leaf blowers once a week. Do we really need to spend more for the porter to blow leaves around? Meanwhile, it seems vacuuming and possibly additional tasks to maintain the interior are being neglected. There is a task schedule for the porter to use. Who at Kin or Tross is supervising adherence to the schedule and the quality of work?

Does anyone else have concerns about the quality of service?

Tim

I have concerns about the number of absences definitely. There was a replacement for Christina two days ago. I actually let him into the garage. I do think we have an issue to discuss.

Hi, everyone:  I’m reading about the action as a traveler’s tale from the East coast. I love our new Board - !!!   — Hal

I just want to echo Hal's feelings about our new Board.  I think it works extremely well, and the people at the Vaux are lucky to have all of you working on their behalf.
