All sounds good to me except:

I thought we agreed that we will all get together and discuss the contract before we send it over to Jason so he can address our specific concerns and raise any that he has which feels like a more expedited process. Did I get this wrong?

Paul and I had a convo with Bill Greenland this afternoon.

FIRST TAKEAWAY
We discussed the $$$ amount and came away satisfied that 1) Centric wants our business and 2) the amount (approx $1,023,00.00) is fair to us and to them. Paul and I are comfortable with the number and DO NOT recommend trying to negotiate any further.

SECOND TAKEAWAY
Bill will have a red-lined contract to us tomorrow.  We will distribute to board members and ask Hal to forward to Jason. (Trying to get this deal closed asap, if possible, but with due diligence at the forefront)


THIRD TAKEAWAY
 We are trying to resolve the issue of our maintenance contract with TKE.  Paul is getting in touch with you, Tim Ackley, as you have done some work around this issue.  Our hope is to resolve this without having to pay out anything to TKE — we will see how negotiations go.

That is all the news that’s fit to print.

  A Planning meeting in the next week might be in order (although I think we should wait to hear back from Jason Goetz with his thoughts/corrections/changes)
I have included Amanda in this email as she serving an integral role with us.

I probably got it wrong but since we are already having a planning session next week around 2 other topics, that means another meeting re elevators would be pushed at least another week out.  Do we want to wait that long to discuss and then send to Jason (which often means another week)?
