Hi all, Cindy, Tim A  and the rest of the  BMC have done an outstanding summary of the options and considerations for a discussion on the expansion of EV Charging in the VAUX garage. It is my understanding that KIN has yet to identify an expert consultant in all of this and Cindy led a charge to keep this moving along in the meantime. Frankly, I don't think we need a consultant although it might be helpful to have an outside pair of eyes on the BMC's work.

I asked Cindy to include this (attached below) in the Board packet for a detailed discussion should we move into an EXEC Committee meeting after the Sept 17th BoD meeting. If we DO NOT move into an exec meeting, at least we all have the time to review this. I dont think we are ready to approve at a resolution level. There are no hard quotes as of yet etc..., but I do think there is enough for us agree (or not) on a direction of the 4 options identified. Regardless, this is a rigorous look.

Thanks Paul, actually not complex. A lot of information, true. But concise and makes sense. Important to read the considerations and criteria etc… before looking at the summary graphs. It will make things very clear.

I think the big ahas for me are:

1. Are we thinking short term or long term? 

2. If EV growth ramps quickly, will our choice scale?
