- page 6 - no smoking: remove "e-cigarettes, and vape pens." They are not covered by the Vaux no smoking resolution.
- page 4 - resident access: add statement that lost or stolen fobs must be reported within 24 hours.
- page 4 - parking access: for lost or stolen items, replace "report within 5 days" with "report within 24 hours."
- page 4 - access (Hal): as Hal suggested, I think a more direct, declarative sentence would be better (see Hal's note).
- page 5 - security (Hal): I think the section is fine as is. No changes necessary.
- page 6 - noises & nuisances (Hal): No changes necessary.
- the word "shall": Although it is viewed by some people as archaic, it is still widely used for technical writing such as this. I don't feel this suggestion is important enough to change its use in multiple instances within this document. No changes necessary.
- formatting: No need to add "beautification" or links (which change over time). No changes necessary.
First, agree, on the quality of this immense effort. Thanks to the Rules Committee!I will have all notes back by end of the weekend. At some point pretty soon we need to approve and adopt rules. The Rules Committee has done a lot of work and have submitted a draft for all of us to scrutinize.
My overall reaction is -- excellent work by our committee.
Here are my notes, few but important, I believe. Please take a look at both the rules as proposed and my notes and give this matter serious thought.

- e.g. -- "The Board shall reserve the right " --> "The Board reserves the right"
