Access Control Matrix - Updated

Board, Darlene, Bob, and Amanda,

Attached is an updated version of the access control permissions matrix dated 5/18. You may dispose of earlier versions.

After the discussion the Board had during the recent planning meeting, I organized the user categories into more logical groups, clarified some wording, and added notes consistent with policy documented in the recently approved Vaux rules & regulations handbook.

Thursday morning several Security and Finance Committee members will meet with a representative of IES Communications to learn more about the capabilities of Alta Open and ButterflyMX. We would like to gain a better understanding of AO & BMX and identify areas, if any, where we may improve the effectiveness of AO & BMX as installed.

Please review the matrix before the board meeting and the meeting with IES. I believe the current version is very close to being approval ready as a policy document. However, you still may have questions. We may have missed something.

Amanda, I especially look forward to your feedback. If you find a situation not covered, we would like to work together with you to ensure that we accommodate a need within the framework of the rules & regulations.
