Fire Alarm Follow-up

Hi all,

Regarding today's fire alarm...

A firefighter informed me that their panel showed the origin to be in the Savier 1st floor trash room. PFD found nothing in the room and reset the system.

I spoke briefly with Michael. He said he would check the Savier trash room in the garage to be certain the compactor is okay.

ACTION ITEM: PFD would like one of us - Board member or Kin - to call PFD station #3 and inform them of the code for the Vaux.

I do not know the code. Who should call the PFD?

I do not know any “code for the Vaux.” This is a job for Kin.  Amanda?  Tim?

They mentioned this "code" thing the last time.  I know of no such code.  I believe they said  have a physical key.  Maybe we should issue them an entry system code.

I don't really know what they want.

Perhaps the PFD would like to have more than one way to get into the buildings.  My way of thinking is this is a good idea.  I will take the responsibility of getting in touch with Amanda on Tuesday morning.
