Garage smell

There’s a terrible smell in the garage. Almost like an animal died somewhere where somebody is throwing organic garbage into the the garbage bins.

Can someone pls check for source and determine what to do?

I also smelled it.  I thought someone had upchucked somewhere in the garage lobby.  Has Michael been notified?

Tross inspected the bins this morning while Republic Services was in the process of clearing them. They did not detect any foul odor during their inspection. They did observe some loose organics left in the Raleigh bin, but nothing that matched the severity of the odor reported by the Board. We have instructed Tross to continue monitoring the situation closely.
 
Please let us know if there are any further instructions or directions from the Board.
