We are about to embark on our Aria installation and one thing Varian continues to question me on is Clinical Consulting for Radiation Oncology. I did not include it in the purchase as we have several individuals willing to put in the work and are quite capable (I think) of doing this work. However, I am being beaten up at every turn by Varian on this. It is quite a big chunk of change, but I wanted to ask is there a serious concern of not having this in our process?

Supposedly, it is a package that provides on-site consulting services whereby Varian sends in a group of individuals to review your department workflow and processes and to assist with putting those pieces into Aria.Jeff
