A couple of times in years past, I've been surprised with a nice certificate from the VA QSO party - one year it was "High Rockingham CW"  - turns out I was the only ham in RHM to submit a log that year. The next year Jim, WS6X also got into the contest and I had to settle for a second place certificate.

Today a package came in the mail and I wondered what in the world it could be.  Instead of a certificate, it is a plaque!!   I opened N1MM to refresh my memory - I worked  40 meter CW, 154 Q's, score of 18570.  I went to the SPARC website to try to figure out exactly what the plaque is for:  Looks like it's highest score for single band.  And they must have disallowed one of my Q's because the table shows 153 Q's, score of 18510.
