Valley Veterans Ride for Heroes

Good Day,

The Valley Veterans Ride for Heroes will take place on September 12th this year.  It will take place starting at the Rockbridge Vineyards at 35 Hillview Road, Raphine VA 24472.  This is a very deserving cause and one that we have vigorously supported in the past.  We need a number of volunteers who have mobile radios capable of both 2 meters and 440 MHz with at least 20 watts of power.  Net control will be set up at the Vineyard and we will again be asking military trivia questions at net control.  We are asking that you respond to me via this email with your availability and your T-shirt size.  This is a great event and if there are folks that have been interested in possibly participating in the past, this would be a good one to start with or maybe to ride along with someone.  Thanks for all you do.
