Ubuntu 16.04: vagrant up --no-parallel errors

I was following a book that uses vagrant, but after running vagrant up --no-parallel there was an error each time i ran it. so i decided to download virtualbox.box manually. 

I successfully downloaded it how should i work with it ?

If you could share as much information as possible will be easier.

what box?

what error?

What Vagrantfile?

what version of vagrant?

What host os you have?

Does this work?

mkdir precise32

cd precise32

vagrant init -m hashicorp/precise32

vagrant up

?

if 32works, does this one works?

mkdir precise64

cd precise64

vagrant init -m hashicorp/precise64

vagrant up

Iam running this on Ubuntu 16.04 machine, to use vagrant with scrapy. The book's installation guide was: 1- install vagrant 64 version 1.9.1.
2- clone to the book' folder then run vagrant up --no-parallel.

Unfortunately, this command always cause an error the last error number was 104.
I thout that thus command is downloading something called virtualbox.box, so i followed the link and downloaded the file manually, but I have no idea how to make it works.
