Can a provisioner's filename be shown in the output of vagrant up?

I'd love to see the filename of the provisioner in the output during the provisioning process.

This is helpful when a node has many provisioners and each provisioner generates a lot of output.  Essentially, it makes it easy to find a provisioner's start and end.

I assume that's an addition to here:  https://github.com/mitchellh/vagrant/blob/53b9f1747cfeff9c73d82c1222da21f0d0e28488/templates/locales/en.yml#L1927

Could it be this?

beginning: "Running provisioner: %{provisioner}, command: %{command}..."
