'vagrant share' command fails

Following instructions found here - https://www.vagrantup.com/intro/getting-started/share.html using vagrant share command fails and results in a list of commands of which vagrant share is not listed. Other commands like vagrant up, vagrant provision, etc. function successfully.

Whats the output of

vagrant version

vagrant plugin list

No plugins installed.

yeah, vagrant website plus error tell you,  you need to have ngrok installed
