Vagrant issue after deleting corrupt index

AFter I deleted corrupt Vagrant index, I started getting this error:

Hello,

On your home directory will be a folder called .vagrant.d

Can you delete that folder, and reinstall vagrant?

That will be the closest possible a full clean install.

After the vagrant installation, please do the reboot.
