Vagrant no response or empty response on windows xp

I´m working on Windows XP and I´ve got runing VirtualBox 5.0.16 r105871 and I just installed the latest Vagrant release, restarted my pc, opened the cmd typed vagrant and... no response, even from the instalation directory.

Is WindowsXp suported?
