Official Documentation in Spanish for Latin America

Hello, I had the opportunity to attend HashiConf 2019 in Seattle, I learned a lot about Vagrant and I see that it has an important growth in Latin America but there is not much official documentation in Spanish, so I would like to have this initiative.

So I would like to receive feedback on what the process would be like.
