copy between host and vagrant guest box in virtualbox GUI

Hello all,

i would like to copy a short line from a txt file on host server to running guest in virtualbox, from which i am later generating vagrant xx.box.
How can this be done in GUI in virtualbox?

not sure if i understand.

if you have a guest in virtualbox, you can use the gui, map a shared folder, and then start the guest / restart and should be available

then you can copoy files from host to guest using that
