A recipe for creating a base box for Windows Server 2012 and/or 2016?

Greetings. The instructions at 

   https://www.vagrantup.com/docs/boxes/base.html

are a bit scant for setting up a Windows Server base box. Has anyone written up a recipe / FAQ on the exact steps one needs to follow?
