Why can't I get a Vagrant box up with ubuntu/wily64? (Networking issue)

Hello all, 

I'm having an issue with ubuntu/wily64 (the networking issue that seems to be common). I haven't been able to resolve it via the recommended methods. Seems ubuntu mode from "old network" to new network then back to "old network"

Have you test with that new box?
