How do I delete a box created with the vmware_{workstation,desktop} provider after I have removed VMware Workstation?

I think these errors are because I removed VMware workstation. I must remove the boxes to create them again with VirtualBox.  I decided to switch to VirtualBox since it has it's drivers in the 4.15 mainline kernel, whereas VMware does not and their drivers don't compile with the my kernel.

$ vagrant destroy -f 3746657
Vagrant encountered an error while attempting to inspect VMware
for current version information:

Is deleting the directory .vagrant/machines/default/vmware_workstation in the box's directory listed by `vagrant global-status` sufficient?

Hi Alvaro, yes and I haven't run into any further issues with the switch from VMware to VirtualBox.
