OpenSSL SSL_read: SSL_ERROR_SYSCALL, errno 10054

Hello,

I have been trying to install homestead and this error pops up every time:

OpenSSL SSL_read: SSL_ERROR_SYSCALL, errno 10054

I have already installed virtual box and vagrant, and I am using windows 10 prompt. I could use some assistance in this matter
