Issue after installing Vagrant

I'm working with:

- Windows 10 Home

- Virtualbox 6.0 for windows

- vagrant for windows 64 bit

I've installed, VirtualBox 6 first and then latest vagrantfor windows 64 bit

And it looks like it break the windows dialogs, command prompt, I just do not able to see text, it just shows the icons.

can you share the full sequence of commands and files i need to be able to get the same as you?
