Vagrant up command issue

Hi guys im new to vagrant i had installed virtual box and vagrant, and was trying to use "vagrant up" command but its not showing any progress.

I have already added virtual machine, still its not working; please help.

It does nothing after the command

IF you did a new install, and you rebooted after the installation, should be fine.

Do you have any Anti Virus that may be causing problems?
