cant download vagrant box in windows 10

this is on windows 10, vagrant 1.8.1, virtualbox 5.0.16 with extension pack. tried rebooting. didnt work. went to that url in chrome, and that worked fine. any ideas?

also did a vagrant box update ubuntu/trusty64 on mac and it worked fine.

Please install Microsft Redistributable C++ package. 32 bits (even if your OS is 64bit)

Hello, for some reason some windows install have this installed, and very little don't.

So is hard to say if there is a miss pre-requirement from vagrant installer.

i cleared my windows vm (backup and restore, pc-reset) and installed virtualbox, vagrant, git, and atom. its probably a common package. but, at least on window 10, its not included, so it should be included in the vagrant package.
