vagrant-hostmanager not found on Windows after successfully installed

Hi,

I am trying to install the vagrant-hostmanager plugin on a clean windows 10

I have installed newest vagrant and then vagrant-hostmanager

when I try to "vagrant up" it does not find the installed plugin.

Terminal

PS C:\projects\oxvm_eshop> vagrant plugin install vagrant-hostmanager
Installing the 'vagrant-hostmanager' plugin. This can take a few minutes...
Installed the plugin 'vagrant-hostmanager (1.8.9)'!
PS C:\projects\oxvm_eshop> vagrant up
Plugin 'vagrant-hostmanager' not found. Please install it using 'vagrant plugin install vagrant-hostmanager'.
PS C:\projects\oxvm_eshop> vagrant plugin list
vagrant-hostmanager (1.8.9, global)
vagrant-lxc (1.4.2, global)

vagrant-parallels (1.7.8, global)

I found this https://github.com/devopsgroup-io/vagrant-hostmanager/issues/225, which apperently works

But the command does not work on windows.

Do you know how to get this working on windows?

Downgrading to 2.1.2 will fix this issue.

2.1.3, 2.1.4 are not working
