How Add More storage Space in VM or Increase storage size that Allocated Dynamically

Hi,

When i create VM through terminal in Linux it Allocated Dynamically 40GB to my VM. How i can increase its size without effect on my VM.

Hello,

The vm cames from a template.

Its possible to increase the size of the disk, however will be time consuming. The easiest way will be create a VM thats more fit for use, that is does have the space you require.

packer is a tool that create VM from code.

here you can find lots of OS templates:
