couple options for ssh on windows

questions keep popping up about ssh for vagrant on windows. a couple suggestions,

1. put a link to https://git-scm.com/ in the docs, and tell users to use git-bash as their shell when using vagrant. 

2. add a simple ssh client to the windows version of vagrant. maybe this one https://github.com/net-ssh/net-ssh
