[ANN] First early version of Tonel (git-friendly format) available

Greetings VAST Developers,
As you've probably seen in previous posts [1], we've been working hard to bring Tonel support to the VAST Platform. We presented our progress at ESUG 2019 and Smalltalks 2019 [2] conferences as well as announcing it in our newsletter [3].
Esteban Maringolo's work with our team on this project has helped tremendously. At this point, we've arrived at our first project milestone [4] and we've already used Tonel successfully for a couple projects [5] [6] including CI [7].
Our goal is to incorporate the Tonel features into the next VAST release, so while this is still an early version, we'd love if you could try it and provide feedback (you'll need to use VAST 9.2.1).
