unable to load --trace turbo generated .json file in tuoolbolizer

Hi i try to load .json file so as i can be able to inspect optmiztion  phases by presing CTRL+L  but when a press that keys it highlights the url and the drop downo ption of opening the file is blur/unclickable. is there any other way around to load a file. 

also the .json files are in a different directory where ./d8 is and the server is serving toolbolizer from its is "/v8/tools/turbolizer". is this not a problem
