I want to know how to limit one Script in D8?

Hi, 

I'm using D8 engine to build a lab application, 

but I should limit users' script CPU and Memory in case some one waste all the resources,

but I have no idea how to achieve that,

Could you give me some ideas?

Or just limit runtime, terminate script When time  exceeded.
