failed compile d8

HI, I directly use  `./tools/dev/gm.py x64.debug d8 to compile` d8, but meet

I also use docker ubuntu 22.04 to compile, but no any problems. 

I don't know why my host ubuntu 22.04 is failed.

Oh, I reinstall ubuntu 22.04 server, but still have this problem. 

and I find that my machine is 14900k cpu, it makes error during compile. After set bios to default setting, no any error.
