New Contributor Looking to Contribute to V8

Hi v8 team,

My name is Junha. I'm a software engineer looking to contribute to larger-scale projects. As a Chrome user and NodeJS developer, v8 piqued my curiosity because I want to learn more about how the JavaScript engine works. However, I'm unsure of where I can start / what would be the most appropriate assets I can bring.

If anyone could give me some guidance on where to start / what task to take on, I'd very much appreciate that. Looking forward to contributing!

P.S. I have downloaded v8 using depot_tools and familiarized myself with Google's C++ style guidelines. I'm also proficient with Git, and have already signed the Individual Contributor License Agreement.

Hi Junha,

With Dominik we presented "Life of a <script>" which is a high level overview of V8's pipeline. It should shed some light on how V8 works.
The slidedeck is on the description of the video in case you want to take a closer look.
