Design review: Avoiding leaks in deoptimization literals

I've written a document that describes a solution for 4578 - inline related leak - v8 (chromium.org) and I'd appreciate your feedback. I added Michael and Michael to the LGTM table as representatives of heap and compiler, but if you'd prefer to reassign or other folks want to jump in, please do.
