Was Johnnie Roger’s request to use the UUFBR discussed and voted on? I do not see any mention of this in the minutes and I do not see any vote on this issue. Recall Ari forgot to bring it to the Board at the Sept. meeting.

During the past month, this issue was the topic of email traffic. We were to discuss who gets approved to use the UUFBR without their own insurance as Dave VanCamp’s group was granted versus the request by Johnnie Roger whose request was not approved by nor brought to the attention of the Board in a meeting. Linda, our co- President, wrote that this was to be discussed at this evening’s meeting. Unfortunately last minute critical issues prevented me from attending.

Please update me on the issue and add to the minutes to reflect any discussions.

If the Board did not discuss the topic this evening, please let me know what prevented that.

Hi Donna,

Yes, this was briefly discussed under Sharex. Since Johnnie will be providing her own insurance for her event the board did not need to vote on anything.
