On Dec 2, 1999, the Good Friday Agrement came into effect. Oddly enough, 12-2-99 was a Thursday.
In any case, this coming December 2 is also not a Friday, but it is a good day to toast to peace in the Emerland Isle. And what better place for that than Conor O’Neills? See you this Monday for December’s UUAA Men’s Beer Night from 7-9 in the “Cottage” area by the fireplace.

Hope to see you all tomorrow night at Conor O'Neills on Monday, Dec 1 at 7 for December's UUAA Men's Beer Night. It's come to my attention that the message below says Dec 2 not Dec. 1. As some -- and not only those who know me best -- have suggested, I'm not the brightest bulb in the chandelier when it comes to coordinating men's beer night dates.
Thankfully there will be many among us able to contribute high wattage conversation along with beer, food and fellowship.
