Hello all
I read last week Scott Galloway's Notes on being a man, quite good, easy read, plain spoken, and with good practical wisdom for young men. If you are looking for a gift for a son or mentee, or for something for you to read, this one may interest you.

Galloway is a business professor at NYU and has been a guest on Bill Maher's show several times. In the book I also learned he attended Unitarian services when growing up.

Wishing for an end to the more than 75 year long brutal occupation of Palestine.

Galloway, aka Prof G, is everywhere in the podcast universe, with multiple to 10 podcasts. He is a reasonable, thoughtful, well-spoken and fun voice for understanding finance, politics, human relations and lays out a vision for positive change. I highly recommend him in all venues. I'm glad his book is getting noticed.

I noticed my typo: I meant "Top 10 Podcasts". Then I decided to check my claim, and I don't see him listed in a few rankings – BUT he should be! Also, Joe Rogan is numero uno, so what are rankings worth anyway.

Here are the main podcasts hosted or co-hosted by Scott Galloway:

  1. The Prof G Pod with Scott Galloway – His flagship show featuring multiple recurring segments throughout the week (Office Hours, China Decode, Raging Moderates, Conversations, No Mercy/No Malice, First Time Founders).

  2. Pivot – Co-hosted with Kara Swisher, covering tech, business, politics, and media.

  3. Prof G Markets – A markets-focused podcast with Ed Elson breaking down capital markets and business news.

  4. Raging Moderates with Scott Galloway and Jessica Tarlov – A politics-oriented show with Jessica Tarlov offering centrist perspectives.

Yea Scott has many insights into manhood these days-his main focus is in the outer levels of manhood-  yet he had an interesting conversation with Oprah with many young men exploring this inner landscape- more of the inner dimensions and often hidden dimensions of manhood.
You may ask "Why is this important?" Because something like 95 % of our learning is subconscious or unconscious- so we would greatly benefit by understanding that aspect of ourselves. Robert Johnson books He, She and We explicitly explore these often hidden aspects of ourselves.
