Quick question for those involved with hospitality ministries.
Do volunteers at your church wear nametags on Sundays—either personalized with their own names, or more general badges that say “
Usher” or “
Greeter”, etc.?
When I'm in a new church, I appreciate how nametags make it easier to spot someone to ask a question or make a personal connection. My own parish is considering introducing this for Greeters and Ushers. Although I’m drawn to personalized nametags, I’m also curious whether parishes using shared “Usher” or “Greeter” badges find those easier to manage over time.

- Which volunteers wear nametags or badges at your church?
- How do you keep them organized?
- Any pros or cons you’ve noticed between personalized nametags and role-based badges?
