This points to the debate initiated by a Department  colleague named Jay Bergman. I found out about it today. Bergman is a major Trump supporter. I am surprised that he picked this moment to offer his toxic views. We have written a rejoinder and he is in the hot seat right now. The drama continues.

There is a Trump mole embedded in every part of the US system of higher education. It just takes time to expose them. But exposed they shall be. As sure as light always conquers darkness.

Th propaganda of history makes even poor whites who did not descend from enslavers to be opposed to reparations for the crimes of slavery. The 1619 project should help to reeducate some of them.
