I dont think the Federal Government has any business trying to censure CNN.

Yes the reports are not balanced because they have not obtained the government side which government says is not available yet in order not to pre-empt or prejudice ongoing panel investigations.

The CNN tried but could not get the other side for the reasons mentioned above.  They are a commercial enterprise in business with other competitors.  All the government can do is attempt resolution through diplomatic channels after protests to the American embassy and as a last resort deny entry and accreditation to future events.  You can be sure that would attract commensurate response from their home country the United States.

Sir, in actual fact, the CNN clip opened with the two pictures of the guy in a white top and the other guy who have claimed that they are alive. It was the same hazy clip which the CNN apologized for for basing its story on it originally. CNN is using its international clout to push an undisclosed agenda on this matter. In any case, the whole incident is regrettable as protesters sustained injuries arising from the stampede. There is actually no reason to destroy Nigeria on this matter.

Like I said in one of my posts its probable life(ves) were lost in the incident. That is unfortunate.

That the magisterial CNN is now admitting one life lost is a huge climbdown from the screaming headlines of Lekki massacre at the breaking of the news. Lekki massacre of one person is an oxymoron. This despite interviews with 'dozens' who said they saw corpses.

We along with the American State Department await the outcome of the panel investigations.  What/who killed the dead person?

Mr. President you took an oath to rule according to the Constitution.

Where are the schools to promote the teaching of the country's lingua francas?
