the first time i wrote these was about 18 months ago and it was selected by LinkedIn or singled out . by link din it had 700 views in first instance. let me write it again
there are trillions of dollars lying idle looking for projects to finance but you have to do certain things to attract those funds.
1.Do not be greedy
2 set up a competent board of diverse people and diverse experience
3do stake holder capitalism not sha re holder capitalism, there is a new thinking in big business that a business hs obligations not only to the share holder but to the customer, environment, community, culture, government ,employees and lastly the share holders.
4 do ESG , environment social and governance issues #competentboard #boardofdirectors #community #people
