Dear  country manager  nigeria and secretary  General UNited nations

I would like you to key  into the idea of a befitting secretariat  complex for the association  of nigerian authors oyo state branch. Based in Ibadan the publishing  capital  of nigeria, the worlds  largest indigenous black city  and the political nerve centre of the black world

The ANA secretariat is to be named after the legendary ibadan man, sanusi Adebisi  who paid  the Tax for all ibadan people.!
TAX IS CRUCIAL to development.writers are said to be veterbrae  of society, they are purveyors  of ideas for without ideas there  may be no development.we also call on the African development bank to support our project. And United nation's development programme  UNDPand other  agencies of the UN working on sustainable  development  goals.

We have a lot to erite about.  For  instance consider that
40 milion nigerians practice open defecation.we need public toilets, public baths and Potable Water
.civilization started with the invention of the public toilets and water is life or is the most important of the SDGs. There are 135 milion  nigerians exposed to contaminated water or killer water.
nigeria has the worlds  worse access to electricity. The srory of the 20th century is the story  of electricity.we are now supposed to be in the 21st century.
we are not poor in nigeria
We have 300 bilion dollars held down in Dubai,40 billion dollars stolen from nigerian national petroleum corporation nnpc and  Lodged in Texas,USa and very large sums too, billions Lodge in Luxembourg, cayman Islands and England.these monies can be used to save the planet  by reason oif mathematics education and reseach, science education and research, engineering  and technology education and resesrch.any thing can happen that could result in catastrophe  for the planet hence the need to cast our nets wider.we cannot afford to be complacent.
Space ship earth is flying into uncertainty.

We are not   poor in nigeria we have 800 bilion dollars of dead capital as unearthed by  the professional services firm  , pricewaterhouse .
We are not poor in nigeria we accidentally  discovered  200 trillion cubic feet of gas it cost s 1.22 dollars for a 100 cubic feet.so that is an enormous amount of wealth.if we go in search of gas this time we are likely to find 600 trillion  cubic feet of gas!  Nigeria is a gas country not an oil country.all nigerias oil are but a drop on a sea of gas! Then we have solid  minerals beyond your wild imagination in all stares of the federation.
Mean while there are 20 miliion  nigerian children  out of school,23 milion  unemployed, shortage of 25 milion  houses
Despite our enormous resource we pay pittance  to our 9000 professors,  and 60,000 lecturers  and we have frustrated  our medical Doctors  with there are no libraries.no laboratirues or computers befitting our  1 8 milion undergraduates.   And it is
miserable  pay and miserable  conditions of service for .
The larger body of nigerian workers are not left out.decent pay for decent work.
There are also 39 miliin like me living with disabilities.we are not captured  by government we perhaps do not exist in government thinking.
There are 7 miliion  babies born every year in nigeria and 60 per cent of them are exposed to jaundice with the result  they may develop brain damage, cerebral palsy,  visual impairment and hearing impairment.e.  a grace Humanitarian disaster.
Lastly there are 41 milion SMEs . I rest my case.thank you for your time
