The idea is to design a system to detect the equivalents of burst pipes or leakages or polluted water in the financial system as the money flows from the central bank to the ministry of finance to ministries, departments', agencies, states, local government and councils, we could also design one for an actual water supply system, a Nigerian has done such he calls it Varuna, a water monitoring platform in USA
